Gentle, responsive treatments to calm your nervous system and soften tension held in your body

Soften sessions are designed to support you when you feel overwhelmed, sensitive or depleted. Techniques may include slower massage, myofascial release, reflexology, lymphatic work, and some gentle targeted deeper work where needed - always adapted to what you wish to receive on the day.

This session is for you if:

- You feel overhwelmed, sensitive and easily overloaded

- You are dealing with chronic illness, fatigue or inflammation

- You need rest, recovery and nervous system support

- You are pregnant (from 12 weeks), or in the postnatal period

- You simply feel drawn to a slower, more gentle approach

I don't follow fixed routines - each session responds to what your body presents with on the day. Pressure, pace and techniques are continously adjusted so we work with your body, not against it.
