Release sessions are intended to work directly with areas of tension and stiffness in the body. Techniques may include deep tissue strokes, trigger point therapy, gua sha/scraping, assisted stretching, myofascial release and reflexology - adapted each time to your needs on the day.
- You suffer from persistent muscular tension or stiffness
- You feel physically tight or restrictred in your body
- You are holding stress and/or burnout in your body
- You feel hormonal tension (either arising naturally or while adjusting to HRT)
- When you know that a gentler massage just isn't enough
I don't follow fixed routines - each session responds to what your body presents with on the day. Pressure, pace and techniques are continously adjusted so we work with your body, not against it.
