Hi, I’m Anna, a Hungarian homeopath and holistic practitioner based in Brighton and Hove.
In my practice, I offer massage, reflexology, Reiki and reflective work such as Tarot. People usually come to see me when they feel physically tense, overwhelmed, or simply in need of space to slow down and reconnect with themselves. Alongside this, I also work as a homeopath, including with children.
I have a particular interest in the menstrual cycle and in supporting people through periods of change, whether that’s perimenopause, grief, loss, or a time of deeper internal questioning.
I named my practice Soulful Wellbeing because I’m a spiritual, soul-led person, but there is no expectation for you to share those beliefs. My work is here to support you in a way that feels right for you.
With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with thousands of clients, each bringing their own story, challenges and strengths.
We live in a culture that tends to define people by what they do and how well they hold everything together. Many of the people I see are trying to meet the demands of several roles at once - as parents, partners, professionals, carers, or creatives - often placing a great deal of pressure on themselves in the process. It’s not uncommon to feel stretched or overwhelmed when there is very little space to step back, recharge, reasses and refocus.
This is one of the reasons I feel drawn to working with people going through perimenopause and other periods of change. These are often times when our perspective from the outside world shifts more towards our internal world. The roles and ways of coping that once worked don’t always fit in the same way anymore, and there can be an opportunity to find a different kind of balance than before.
I have moved through similar questions myself over the years. For a long time, I found it difficult to define what I do in a way that felt clear and acceptable. I questioned whether I should focus on one area, simplify my work, or present myself in a more straightforward way. At times, it felt like I had to choose between being a homeopath or a massage therapist, or that combining bodywork, energy work and Tarot might be confusing for people.
But over time, I have come to see that this way of thinking doesn’t reflect how people actually are. Most of us are not one-dimensional, and the kind of support we need often isn’t either. So rather than trying to narrow things down, I have chosen to work in a way that reflects that complexity. My practice brings together different approaches, but the intention remains the same: to support you in a way that is responsive, grounded, and appropriate for where you are.
