Homeopathy for Long-Standing Concerns

for Adults and Children

in Brighton and Hove

What is a chronic concern?

Chronic concerns refer to long-standing, recurring, or cyclical health issues that affect your quality of life. Unlike acute symptoms, which appear suddenly and last for a short period, chronic conditions require a deeper understanding of your unique health patterns.

Examples of chronic concerns include:

  • Hormonal imbalances such as PCOS, endometriosis, or perimenopausal symptoms

  • Digestive disorders like IBS or chronic bloating

  • Ongoing fatigue or post-viral recovery

  • Emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma recovery

  • Recurring physical symptoms like migraines, eczema, or chronic pain

Homeopathy’s strength lies in its ability to address the root causes of health issues. Through a highly individualised approach, it seeks to restore balance by working with your body’s natural healing mechanisms, rather than simply suppressing symptoms.

Children's appointments

Homeopathy is a safe and effective option for children with chronic health concerns. From physical symptoms like eczema or digestive issues to emotional challenges such as anxiety, homeopathy provides gentle support tailored to their needs.

During a consultation, I take the time to understand your child’s unique health story, exploring:

  • Physical symptoms, including patterns and triggers

  • Emotional well-being and behavioural tendencies

  • Sleep, diet, and other lifestyle factors that may contribute to their overall health

For younger children, consultations often involve input from parents, and I create a relaxed and friendly environment to ensure they feel comfortable. Remedies are carefully chosen to suit each child’s individual needs, aiming to support long-term health and well-being.

Children’s consultations are typically shorter than those for adults, lasting around 45 minutes, and follow-ups are spaced every 4–8 weeks to monitor progress.

What to expect during a chronic consultation?

Chronic consultations are in-depth sessions designed to uncover the deeper patterns behind your symptoms. During our time together, we’ll explore:

  • Your physical symptoms, their frequency, and intensity

  • Emotional or mental states that may be impacting your health

  • Any significant life events or stressors that could have influenced your condition

  • History of exposure to bacteria, viruses, mould, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals - anything that might have weakend your body

I will carefully assess all aspects of your health to identify the most suitable remedy for your individual needs. This process often involves looking beyond your immediate concerns to understand how different areas of your life may be interconnected.

How long does it take to see results?

Healing chronic conditions takes time and patience. While some clients notice improvements after the first few remedies, others may require several months of treatment to experience lasting change. Chronic consultations are typically spaced every 4–8 weeks to allow time for remedies to take effect.
